Mr Oroszvary believes there is more hard work to be done as he seeks re-election for a second term on Greater Shepparton City Council.
He says he wants to move headfirst into the future, growing Shepparton one project at a time, and complete what he says is unfinished business.
‘‘I’m still raring to go and to finish what I started,’’ he says.
Mr Oroszvary has not ruled out standing for Mayor towards the end of another four-year term.
‘‘What I continue to bring in my second term if elected is integrity, honesty, accountability, passion, leadership and knowledge,’’ he says.
‘‘I know the problems, I can fix them and I have an unshakeable belief in the great future of our community.’’
Mr Oroszvary believes in the fairer rates principle and will focus on better health, education and sporting facilities, greater incentives and encouragement to new industry, removal of red tape, challenging process and listening to the community.
He said councillors should exercise common sense and have the courage to make tough decisions.
